Yong Li is a postdoctoral researcher at South China University of Technology. While working on his PhD, he was advised by Yotam Gingold at George Mason University (#32 in USA by CSRankings). In May 2024, he was awarded “Distinguished Academic Achievement" from the Department of Computer Science at GMU. Before pursuing his PhD, he was a senior software developer at Baidu. He received his bachelor and master degree from Sun Yat-sen University in June 2013 and 2015 respectively. His research interests include geometry processing, human-computer interaction, deep learning and programming languages.
